Commercial photography projects typically begin at $2,100.
Final investment is based on scope, usage, and creative direction, reflecting the quality, experience, and strategic value behind each production. RE MLS listing photography does not fall under commercial photography.

Cost-sharing allows multiple collaborators—designers, builders, vendors—to contribute toward the production cost and receive licensed usage of the imagery.  This approach helps maximize creative scope while keeping budgets efficient. Learn more on the  resources page.

What is my investment?

What are your services?

What is cost sharing?

Do I own the rights to my images?

Can I give my photos to others?

Commercial interior and exterior photography for architects, designers, builders, and brands. Editorial imagery for design, lifestyle and home publications. If you're a Realtor MLS listing photography is  structured and priced separately. Realtors can check out pricing here

Whos is commercial photography for?

Clients receive a license to use the images for agreed-upon purposes such as marketing, media, and publishing. Copyright remains with the photographer. Check out the resources page for more info.

Images may not be shared with third parties unless they are properly licensed.  3rd parties can obtain usage rights thru cost-sharing or by licensing individual images afterwards.

 Please see Cost-Sharing FAQ.

Is best suited for designers, builders, architects and businesses looking to use imagery to promote their brand. If you're a Realtor your photography does not fall under this category.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Booking 2-4 weeks in advance is recommended. Larger or multi-party productions may require additional lead time.

Do I need a stylist?

Having a stylist brings an extra level to the finished product. When there’s someone there to focus on the styling, I can focus on the photography and you the designer can be there to make the executive decisions on each shot.

How do I get published?

If there’s intent to publish a project, we would discuss it prior to the shoot so that we can keep specific publications in mind and ensure that the shoot is telling the story that we want to tell / pitch.
