Photography & Floor Plan services will be delivered the next business day Monday - Friday by 6PM. Weekend shoots delivered Monday by 6pm.
There are no rush services available, please schedule accordingly for delivery next day by 6pm. *travel fees apply to shoots farther than 30mi round trip, you will authorize terms & conditions when checking out.

Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy
-The client is responsible to inform us as soon as possible for rescheduling.
-Cancellations and reschedules are no charge provided they are done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot date/time.
-A photo / video session rescheduled within 24 hours of the session there is no fee.
-A photo / video session cancelled within 24 hours of the session, or a no-show 50% booking fee deposit will not be refunded.
-Re-schedules are subject to the photographer’s availability.
-If we arrive and and cannot get into the property or the shoot is canceled at that time by the client or seller, or the home is not ready to be photographed, the entire shoot amount will be charged to the client.
